Our Booking & Cancellation Policy

When booking online or in the studio you will be required to agree to our booking and cancellation policy below.

As you hopefully appreciate our artists and studio only get paid when tattooing. On the rare occasion a client fails to turn up this is a loss of earnings due to the fact the artist has often spent hours creating the design and last minute no shows or cancellations can be difficult to fill.

This policy is purely meant to protect our artists income and provide a ‘safety net’. If you have any issues or concerns please discuss this as soon as possible with studio management or your chosen artist.

Unless agreed with your particular artist we do not require a deposit or fee to secure a future booking. We do require active card details that will only be used in the circumstances set out below. This card will be held securely by our booking software and will not be used to pay on the day. You will still have the option to pay in cash, card, contactless or using Clearpay.

Once your session is booked you can change the date and or time online up to 72 hours before your appointment.

Depending on the circumstances we may agree to change your appointment to another time and day without charge if less than 72 hours notice.
Short notice changes (less than 72 hours) without a reasonable excuse or by agreement with your artist may result in a charge being made against your card.

This may be waived if the session is rescheduled at the time of cancellation.

Missing your appointment without notifying the studio will result in a fee being charged. This may be refunded in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
Rebooking may be possible at a discounted rate with the agreement of your artist.

Any artwork remains the property of the artist and cannot be reproduced in any way without permission or payment.
